I can give you nutritional, weight loss, health, and laffin’ advice; I no longer “diagnose and treat accordingly or bill insurance.”
● I’m a Baby Boomer Texan born in 1950 who loves adventure; I share it with you via my videos & photos.
● I’ve been a widower since November 2, 2019; I share my grieving experiences and thoughts on grieving in my podcast and blog.
● I’m the author of Wanna Laff - 7th Edition - The Science, Health, Theology, and Therapy of Laughter, on which I say, “If I can make one person laff long enough to forget their problems, then the 18 to 23 minutes it took to write this book ain’t wasted.”

How I Got Started
I've been doing videos and photography since I was three, when Thomas Edison taught me how. He told me I needed to give up a career as a photographer. I asked him why and he told me because I kept losing focus. Also, my joke-writing mentor Shakespeare once told me, "More of your jokes would infect my brain." Not exactly sure what he meant by that, but it must be okay 'cause he used that line on Coriolanus.
Top Destinations
I'm constantly traveling the back roads and rarely the main roads.
My favorite places to video & photograph are Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, Arkansas, and Idaho. But anywhere in the good 'ol USA is fair game.
